Intensive AI-Bootcamp
Intensive training in AI tools and development workflows. In addition to learning how to use AI to gain efficiency in business functions, every Fellow will build an app end to end.
Client Project Placement
Apply AI-native practices to deliver high-impact results, embedded in a real-world role at a client. Placements support a variety of roles including business functions, analytics, and software development.

The Ascendance Fellowship is a fully paid, elite apprenticeship where you dive into real projects from day one. Fellows train with AI tools, deliver impact inside top companies, and learn from industry leaders. With expert mentorship and an ambitious peer network, it’s a launchpad to an accelerated, high-impact career.
Some coding experience is expected, but the program is designed to build skills. With AI, a highly motivated Fellow can operate well above what their experience level might suggest — and regularly does.
